Because of the nature of the session we suggest you listen in a safe place where you can relax. You may find that you become very relaxed or you may find that your mind continues to think about lots of different things whilst listening. Hypnosis is experienced differently by each person and your experience will be just right for you.
There are various hypnosis techniques used and it is recommended that you listen with headphones or earphones.
Throughout the session you will remain in control, and if an emergency arises, or you are required to ‘wake up’ during the session, you will immediately open your eyes, and be fully aware and conscious.
It is recommended that you listen to this session every night for the first month and then every other night for as long as you feel necessary. We suggest that you listen in a relaxing, safe environment without any distractions.
